You can use any of the "Book Now" buttons to be directed to the scheduling page where you can begin the process of signing up for your first session or for a free 15-minute virtual consultation. Please note that this process can take 45–120 days, depending on the insurance company. Until that credentialing process is complete, services will be billed at the standard self-pay rate.

The course of therapy and the decision to terminate is a collaborative process. I prefer to begin by meeting on a weekly basis to build our therapeutic relationship, as this consistent rhythm and routine sets the stage for meaningful growth. As time goes on and progress is made, we may move to meeting every other week, or eventually once a month. This titration of services allows clients to continue growing while maintaining support. If the need arises, we can easily return to meeting weekly. Ideally, we will recognize together when the time is right, and termination will occur naturally. Of cousre for various reasons one can end therapy at anytime.

The foundation of my approach to therapy begins with Rogerian Person-Centered Therapy. Through unconditional positive regard, I utilize active listening and emotional validation to create a safe space for you to be open and honest—an environment where you can freely reflect and process without worry or concern regarding my judgment.
I have also been trained in Salvador Minuchin’s Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, which has taught me that we do not exist alone, even if we feel alone. No matter what concerns you bring into therapy, we will look at your negative behavioral and relational patterns of interaction. We will explore how to experiment with doing things differently to shift these negative interaction patterns into positive ones.
Additionally, I integrate Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics into the therapy room, providing a clear understanding of how our past—especially if we have experienced trauma—affects our present. Often, we act out under stress when our threat response system is overactive and getting the best of us.
With these three theories as my foundational pillars, we are able to reach the core of the changes you need and can make in your life. From this foundation, I can layer in strategies from CBT, basic mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and others as needed.
